When we came to the property on 8/29/25 the property wasn’t anything like what’s on the pictures on expedia The hotel was lonely and nobody else was at the hotel, there was no water and the hotel doesn’t feel confortable.

Very rural area of Guatemala, but inside the hotel the area is quite comfortable. Had some stains on our bedding but not dirty. Wasn't aware we would not have hot water, but otherwise our stay was nice and relaxing.

Perfect and quite place, very good food and Services. Not enough power outlets in my room, bring your own 6-Outlet Wall Adapter or power strips to plug in your divaces (phone charger, Kindle charger, laptop charger, etc). Dont take the first entrance to the hotel(bumpy street) take the second entrance) a few meters farther.

We show up to an empty Hotel

Good Luck with this one. We are driving from Texas to Costa Rica and booked this hotel. We like to be off the road by dark so when we pulled in a little after dark we find nobody is there. Like nobody. Pitch black. I even found a way in through the parking gate to make sure. Talk about a bad experience. If you book this hotel you had better call in advance and make sure they are really open.

No es realmente un hotel boutique.

En general es un hotel bonito, pero le falta mantenimiento. Para ser realmente un hotel boutique le falta mucho, falta mantenimiento en limpieza de vidrios, grifería de baño oxidada, cambiadores de la piscina en abandono casi, la pisicina sucia con hojas tienen poco personal que hace todo lo posible por hacer placentera tu estadía. La tv no funciono, avisamos y solo nos dijeron, ahh si, en algunas habitaciones está fallando la conexión. Hay poca variedad en el menú del restaurante y algo caro. Los dueños o administradores deben ponerle más atención al mantenimiento.
