Villa 1205
This was absolutely one of the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay! The villa was amazing in every way! Spacious, very clean, and great location! Don was an amazing host! He pretty much handled our every need! I would highly recommend villa 1205! We are already planning our next trip and it will definitely include Villa 1205!!

The perfect Cabo experience
Can't say enough great things about our recent stay at Villa La Estancia in Cabo. Don, the owner, was a perfect host. Very responsive from the minute our condo was booked. Provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, transportation to and from the airport, and the resort itself. The condo is just like pictured - very spacious and well maintained. Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. It was the perfect location in Cabo to walk to Restaurants on the beach as well as a quick ride into town. The property is well-maintained and clean. The market on the property is perfect to get coffees and pastries in the morning as well as breakfast snacks, and lunch. The pool was buzzing with lots of friendly people, as well as attentive and friendly staff members.

The unit was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. Access to all of the neighboring complexes for restaurants. Overall it was quiet but allowed for lots of time to enjoy my family!!!!

Highly recommend!!
Our trip at La Estancia was truly amazing! Villa was beautiful and had a great view! Don was a fantastic host and even helped with transportation to and from the airport. The entire resort is impeccable and one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. I also love how you can eat at the other restaurants next to the property. Can’t recommend enough!! Hope to come back next year!

This is as close to heaven as it gets!
Spacious Villa with all the amenities you need…and more! Fantastic location at the resort with proximity to the pool, fitness center and beach. Had a minor issue with the A/C but the property manager was amazing and took great care to get it resolved quickly. I’d definitely book again. My family enjoyed every moment and we had a great vacation!

Beautiful Resort and Condo!
Our family traveled to Cabo the third week of May 2023. Our stay at Dons condo at Villa Estancia was amazing! We loved everything about our trip and accommodations! The people there are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful with any questions we had including but not limited to dinner and lunch recommendations. We will return!

Lovely villa for relaxing stay
I thought the accommodations were nice. Lots of amenities at the Villa and the rooms were lovely. We especially liked the patio overlooking the pool. It was a very nice and relaxing spot and had a nice view of the pool area and a glimpse of the ocean. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tubs and the outdoor bar. We did not eat at the restaurant, it was a little pricey. The food looked good there though. For the inside of the unit, it was well appointed and comfortable. We did not do any cooking there, so I cannot comment on that, but there was a coffee maker and toaster. The only complaint I have is that there was no soap to wash dishes — neither liquid soap nor dishwasher soap, and there were no paper towels. One recommendation I would make for the owner is to stock the unit with one (or two) days worth of coffee— just a packet or two to get the renter through the first day of Jet lag. I always find that to be a nice touch when rentals have that.

This condo had everything we needed and wanted for 3 relaxing days. We enjoyed using the weight room and of course the pools. The property is close enough to walk to the beach restaurants such as Tabascos and Las Cascadas. The condos furnishings are lovely , even better than the pictures !!

What a gem! This unit is amazing. The property is top notch. We loved that the units each had their own doors and space. We were traveling with another husband/wife and at the end of the night they essentially have their own condo to themselves as the unit is split in two. Amenities are fantastic. And close enough to the marina and restaurants to enjoy Cabo. Great experience!

Beautiful is an understatement
The property was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. Prearranged transportation from and to the airport was very straightforward, check-in was seamless, and staff were very attentive, responding to all our needs promptly and graciously. We are so happy with our experience, we are thinking of making it our "warm weather" trip every January. You can't go wrong reserving this unit (just don't pick "my week") lol - Steve

I am a tough customer and at every step of the way I was content with the owner, accommodations, resort…..everything. Loved hitting all the latest restaurants. Loved the ability to use Uber and that they can now drop us off at the door. We will definitely be back.

GREAT OCEAN VIEW
I know why it's called "Beautiful Villa" this villa is just beautiful. It was beyond my expectations and one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The staff at the resort were very kind and accommodating. Great location, close to everything. We had many good dinners at the three local combined resorts although the kitchen in the villa has EVERYTHING you could possibly need to prepare meals for your family, and then some. Don the owner was very quick to respond with any questions I had. I hope to be returning.
