The property was very nice, the staff was great! It's in walking distance to the parks which is what we look for when choosing a room. There was a lot of noise, it was either the elevator or the nearby road, but if you are someone that "needs" silence to rest then maybe it's not for you. The onsite store was not well stocked and the woman behind the counter wasn't the friendliest. We walked across the street to the other hotel and it was a total different story! They had a Starbucks and the staff (everywhere, in shops, coffee place, and front desk) were great! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. If the room wasn't as expensive as it it, then I would say I would definitely stay again, but honestly it might not have been worth it being that it is the farthest hotel in walking distance to the parks.

This is my second time at this property and still enjoyed it. I did bring my service dog this time around and the only thing I have to say about that experience is a small plot of grass would be nice because the rocks were uncomfortable for his feet when we needed to go outside for his potty breaks though I do understand why they may not have any because some people would not have the decency to clean up after their dog like I do and being El Paso it would often die off but just a thought. Otherwise they were extremely respectful of my service dog and my family.

We stayed for 4 nights with a large team of teenagers and the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, the gym and other accommodations were great, and the breakfast was excellent.

I stayed for 4 nights. The first room I was taken to had a broken latch for the door, so it wasn’t safe to stay in that room. The guy in front was so kind and understanding and moved us to another room with no problems. The bed was comfortable, two different options for pillows (soft & firm). There were no bugs in the bed, but there was some nats or little bugs in the corner of the room that weren’t alive. I love that there was service everyday , so we always came back to the hotel with the bed made and new towels. Didn’t get to try the breakfast , because we didn’t wake up early enough. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel is nice but the front desk computer had a few hiccups in getting us checked in. (Not the front desk representative fault, just wifi issue.) We were not expecting the additional fees - that should be returned after check-out at the hotel's business leisure. This policy should be transparent when reserving the room.

Friendly front staff (Bobby) and clean property. It was relatively newer and more modernly designed. It has some nice touches such as nice & bright bathroom, complimentary toothbrush & toothpaste at the front desk. Oh and free coffee all day long was great. Gym is a bonus, basic but would most definitely work.

I got the worst sleep I have gotten at a holiday inn. We got put in room 104 near a utility closet and close to an exit door all night people slamming doors and staff making loud noise in the closet. We where woken up at 8am by hotel cleaning lady by her cell ringing very loud and answering speaking very loud right outside our door.. worst holiday inn I have experienced and we have stayed in tens of different ones in all our travel. The view of the mountain was the best part of the stay

Nice clean and quiet hotel. Joshua at the from desk was wonderful when he checked us in. Beds and pillows were so comfortable, it was great for this mom traveling with her 4 boys! Would definitely stay again.
