Please do not book here unless you really have too. This place is a mess!! It was our only option because on budget and super cheap hotel that has breakfast. First off the property is a mess, sketchy, sheets were not clean, and no breakfast. Usually La Quintas are my go too but not this location. We arrived and front desk was just in a rush to check us in - $50 deposit cash or card. The pool looked very dirty and discolored. We walked into our room and there was a musty smell totally outdated and the sheets were dirty. The morning came and we went to check out breakfast and there was nothing but coffee, muffins and toast/butter. The cream was empty asked for more and didn’t have any only sugar. No hot breakfast, waffle machine was out of order, and no juice. Very bad experience. Will not book again.

When we arrived at our rooms, the first thing we noticed was the poor water pressure for flushing the toilets. We asked for plungers just in case. There is also a linger smell of sewer, that we had to keep spraying with Lysol. The refrigerator did not work, yet it was very noisy through the night, and we didn't get much sleep the first night. We had to unplug it in order to get some sleep. You could tell that they have been doing upgrades to the property, but of poor quality. Not what one would expect with "by Wyndham" attached to the name of the hotel. The first morning, we attempted to get breakfast. However, the breakfast area was not kept very clean, nor well stocked. We walked out and did not bother going back the next two mornings. I have stayed at other hotels in El Paso and have never had a similar experience. Overall, it was not the best experience, and I would never stay at this location again.
