Rooms are not properly cleaned. Dirty floors, so they are not moping. There was a beer cap in the bathroom (not ours for sure) so I guess not sweeping floors either. Bed felt like did not have clean sheets. Like they just made the bed. Lobby with no air conditioning. Tv remote doesn’t work. Screen has a huge red strip in the middle of the screen. Very updated micro and mini fridge.
