For many travelers, whether it’s our first trip or our 100th, the most important thing we look for is a sense of comfort and enjoyment. We want, most of all, to feel at home. At the Villa de Montana in El Paso, our primary goal is to bring that feeling to you in our comfortable and gracious home.
Living Spaces
Cozy up in front of the fireplace, as you stream your favorite show or long-awaited movie on the 70” HDTV. The large sectional sofa with built-in chaise offers plenty of room for the whole group.
Cooking & Dining
A full kitchen offers your family the option of cooking your own meals! The coffee and tea station is perfect for your morning caffeine fix, or evening cup of relaxation.
You’ll definitely want to bring back the lost tradition of family dinner in this gorgeous formal dining room. A two-story space features a gracious table for six under an elegant chandelier, and in front of another fireplace.
Sleeping Accommodations and Bathrooms
On the second level, four bedrooms provide a private and restful nights’ sleep for up to 8 guests. The primary suite offers a king bed and en-suite bath with dual vanities and a luxurious tiled walk-in shower.
Two additional guest rooms each feature a king bed, and the last guest room offers a twin bed with a trundle, which can convert to a king. The three guest rooms share a hall bath.
A convenient half-bath is located on the first floor.
For families traveling with little ones, we’re pleased to offer a baby travel crib. And be sure to pack light! We’re happy to offer a new (2021) washer and dryer.
Outdoor Amenities
The mountains provide outdoor entertainment here! You’ll never tire of that panoramic vista, and the incredible sunrises and sunsets. Curl up in one of the chairs with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and just breathe in the peace.
The driveway can accommodate two vehicles.
Guests will receive a unique code 24 hours before arrival. Simple self-check-in is via a smart-lock on the front door.
We host from afar but can generally respond within 30-60 minutes. We invite our guests to reach out via booking app, text or call.
We are on the Westside of El Paso, noted for its trendy shops, restaurants, outlets, and the University of Texas at El Paso. We are also just 5-10 minutes away from the convenience of many big-box stores, such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, and Home Depot.
Conveniently located next to the I-10 and 375 Loop for easy access to the east side of El Paso, we are also less than 30 minutes to downtown El Paso. If you’re looking for a scenic drive through the mountains, the 375 Loop will take you there.
We are a 28 minute (20.5 mile) drive from El Paso International Airport (ELP) via Highway 10 and only a 21 minute (14 mile) drive from Downtown El Paso.
This spacious Westside El Paso home offers stylish furnishings and decor. It’s most notable feature, however, is the incredible views you’ll enjoy in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains. There’s no better place to be at sunrise and sunset than the generous back deck, watching Mother Nature put on her colorful shows. Indoors, guests are sure to love the bright, airy feel of our 2-story living and dining rooms, while at-home workers will surely appreciate the lightning-fast 1 gig WiFi.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Are not guaranteed. It is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.
LATE CHECKOUTS
Must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.
PACKAGES
We do not allow guests to order mail/packages to this location for privacy reasons. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, it will be rejected and we are not held responsible for its whereabouts.
MAINTENANCE
If there is a maintenance issue please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but please understand that our maintenance team may not be available immediately. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regards to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to our staff, but it is dependent on the maintenance team’s schedule.
PETS
We are pet friendly so please disclose if you are bringing a pet as there is a $250 pet fee. Pet fee is for the entire reservation. If this is not disclosed and a pet is brought on premises, it could be grounds for reservation cancellation. No more than 2 pets are allowed at one time.
PARTIES
We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.
CLEANING
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the tub, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $150.
SUPPLIES
We only provide a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish-washing pods, laundry detergent, etc. You must purchase any additional items you may require or that run out during your stay.
FURNITURE
Any furniture or items (i.e. coffee maker, plates etc.) that were moved must be returned to their original place.
CAMERAS
We have Ring cameras on the exterior sides of the house only (driveway/carport, right side, left side, and backyard) as well as a Ring Doorbell by front door. These cameras are not monitored except by guest request or in case of an incident or emergency.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS
Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
