Hotel Staff were very friendly but the carpets in the hallway were dirty and looked like there was some water leaks. I stayed for two nights and both nights I woke up to big palmetto bugs on the walls. The room I was given had no windows and felt like I was staying in a basement. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked really good. The gift shop was nice and had a lot of things for tourist to buy. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing as the hot food doesn't come out until after 8 am. I was able to get some cereal and a bagel before work at least.

Very dated property. Shower curtain was falling off the wall, toilet shifted when you sat on it, bed was hard and rocked at the slightest movement, furniture varied in wear from okay to “my kid carved his name here in 1996.” Pool hours were late in the morning until early evening, so we didn’t even get to use the “water park” (which is a slide). Breakfast was miserable. Dead cockroaches in the halls to the rooms. The only upside was the proximity to the airport - same parking lot. I would only come back here to laugh.

Disgusting
So. Before I start with my review I’d like to mention the fact the hotel looks very nice and beautiful, the front desk was kind and professional. Although the room, dear lord. I can’t explain why I wasn’t offered a refund after that disgusting and disappointing experience. The restroom was incredibly dirty, spit, hair, blood all over. The tv was dated… can’t put on Netflix for the kiddo.. the restroom was also dated… the closet I wasn’t even able to enjoy because the door was broken. The shower head needs fixing because it comes out hard! And it hurts, the kiddo couldn’t take a normal shower. Mind you , we didn’t look at this till 8pm because we were there solely for the pool. I also asked for towels and didn’t get them till late late at night, which my husband had to open the door in boxers because we were woken up by a hard knock. The extra towels were a request upon check in—- so they knew. And they weren’t brought till 10:57pm. I asked to speak to a manager when checking out, but no manager until 3/4pm. I’m really upset and disappointed. People spend their money for a good reason and this was a slap on the face. I don’t think I’ll ever go back unless I get a refund. I am extremely disappointed. Do better. Not to mention they have a $150 card hold!
