The pool is only open from 10 am to 8 pm, the slide opens at 1 pm. It’s a nightmare for the kids in the pool and can’t go on the slide. Only older kids are allowed on it. No jacuzzi either. The person at the pool has a bit of an attitude too. Other pools don’t have slides but you can use them with much better times. I put the security deposit online, the man in front desk said I didn’t and was very dismissive didn’t listen to me, “no you only put your card for reservation” so I had to put it again when checking in and now I have 2 charges for 2 security deposits, still waiting on that to get solved. The rooms are clean but look old and worn… so for the price not worth it. Breakfast was super limited also only scrambled eggs and sausage as warm items.

Don’t pass up this hotel. It’s wonderful!
Booked here to be at the airport for an early morning flight. I wish we had more time to spend at this beautiful hotel. We recommend it to our kids for when they fly in to visit their sister and family.

I am a local El Paso, TX resident, but stayed here now and then so my granddaughter can use the Water Slide as a register guess. But the condition of this hotel has gone from Bad, to Worse to Terrible in my last stay on 08/09 - 08/10/2024. 1) Carpets in common areas are extremely dirty. From hallways, to stair, even the elavators carpets are nasty. 2) Carpets in the room we stayed are filty. I would not walk barefooted in them and recommend you don't either if you decide to stay at the Wyndham El Paso Airport. 3) Mattress and Bed linen seems been in use for a lot longer than their reasonable time for a 4 Stars hotel, Even for a 3 Stars hotel. 4) Elevators have mechanical noises that will make you worried. Doors sometimes get stocked while opening or closing. 4) They offered a Buffet Breakfast. But is actually a "Continental Breakfast" until 08:00am. After that is when the actual Hot Buffet Items like Eggs, Sausage, Bacon and maybe some kind of potatoes will appear in the selection. So if you want to have a hot breakfast before that you will need to go a la carte and pay for it. 5) I explained that the only reason I do stayed here is because of the "Water Park" witch is actually only a Water Slide, a really small"Hot Tub" that is actually a warm tub with capacity for "6" people if they are shoulder to shoulder. The tub needs to be kept cleaner. The bottom had needles of a close by palm and sand. 6) my overpriced suite. Had stained furniture. Overall stay at ur own ri
