The property is very dated. Bathroom fixtures were corroded and not appealing. Plumbing was extremely loud and we could hear all the other nearby rooms plumbing. The bathroom sink was plugged and very slow to drain The mattress seemed old and slumped in the middle. The hotel needs a major overhaul.

Very conveniently close to El Paso Airport. Very nice lounge area with a good bar to order small snacks and drinks. Has a pool area for summertime.

Overall, the location is perfect. Positives are that it is centrally located to everything, and the price was very competitive. The hotel rooms although are outdated tremendously. 1.Shower had a bathtub which is uncommon with newer hotels. 2.Outside of my window was a horrible view of a tar mixer. 3. Extremely loud doors when neighbors close them, it woke me up several times at night. The doors have no recoil support to prevent slamming. 4. The shower had the lower shower head pointed towards the right which I did not notice and when I turned on the water, it shot straight into the walkway. 5. Air unit, i am not sure when the air-conditioning unit was last serviced but It was not used in fear of particles or dust filling the air. Unit is outdated with no top cover to it.

The first room that was given was in construction... like how?? I had to call and ssk to be given another room. I've stayed in many very nice hotels, and Wyndham for the first time disappointed me.

Property is very old, we had our room in the building outside of the main lobby, no light, very scary and room has a funky smell, not mentioning the restroom was clogged and water was all over the entrance of the room. Rooms are non refundable, so don't waste your time in asking for a refund, front desk doesn't care. They should update there pictures on the website, place doesn't look anything like it
