The house is accessed from a terrace to the kitchen-dining room with a large window that gives us light and a wide landscape. Descending some steps we reach the living room where we find the home and the exit to another terrace with barbecue; It also has large windows. We also descend to the ground floor where we find a double bedroom, another with two beds and a bathroom.
Parties or events are not allowed.
Finally, to say that it is an energy-efficient autonomous home, since solar energy is what provides us with both light, sanitary water and heating; the latter with a support of a propane boiler. That is why a greater responsibility is demanded in the use and consumption of energy, without this meaning making a rational and ordinary use of it.

Great location and good value for money
In general we believe this property is good value for money. It is very well located between the coast, the mountains and Granada. It offers an easy possibility to discover the Granada provence. The house is very well equiped, including with a washing machine. It has a very nice terrace with a great view. We did find out that the house is located in a valley with a high way. The sounds of nature are therefore mixed with the sound of the high way. During our stay, we got used to the sound of the high way so nature sounds increased in our attention. Also bear in mind that you do need a car to go up and down from village to the property. The property is outside of the village located in beautiful olive, orange and citron trees surrounding. Its terraces are located in such a way that you have sun in the morning and in the afternoon. The swimming pool was out of service. The property owner spends his weekends in his cottage that is on the same property. Since we really enjoyed our stay, we rate the property 4 stars out of five.

Beautiful location, comfortable house.
The best thing about the property is the location. The views are amazing and it is halfway between the coast and Granada - about half an hours drive to each. It is surrounded by citrus and olive trees - very tranquil. The house was clean and well maintained, and we were made very welcome. The road from the village to the property, although only a 5-10 minute drive, is not for the faint-hearted. Some very narrow and winding roads. But it is worth it in the end. The house is well laid out with the bedrooms on the lower floor which keep them cool. It is well equipped with everything you might need. There are a couple of small grocery shops and a bar in the village. It is possible to walk from the house to the village - about a 20 minute walk. I would say the house is not particularly suited to younger children, as there are terraces where it would be possible to fall, but for a couple it is perfect. The only issue for us is that the pool was unavailable for most of our stay and that was a bit disappointing. But overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Estuvimos 10 noches en Agosto y muy agusto. Antonio y Rosa fueron muy atentos y simpáticos en todo momento. Nos trajeron higos y uvas del terreno y un día cenamos con ellos en Lanjarón. La casa es tal y como sé ve en las fotos y tiene unas vistas al lago muy relajantes. La piscina está vallada lo que hace que sea seguro para los niños. Tiene una profundidad de 1,65 y hay una ducha exterior para aclararse. Para ser una zona tan calurosa sobre todo en agosto, corre bastante brisa y se está muy agusto. Las ventanas tienen mosquiteras. Como dicen en otros comentarios, es cierto que la entrada en coche a la casa es un poco complicada y da sensación la primera vez. Pero luego ya no parece para tanto y se llega sin problema. En resumen todo muy bien

Heel prettig verblijf
We hebben drie fijne weken gehad in dit verblijf. De ruimtes waren schoon en ruim. Het zwembad voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. De omgeving was prachtig, er zijn leuke wandelingen te maken vanaf het huis. Rondom het huis zijn diverse fruitbomen en dat is heel leuk. In het stuwmeer beneden kan je heerlijk kanoën. Verder is in het nabije dorp alles wat je nodig hebt.

Séjour reposant et sympa .
On a passé un séjour magnifique avec une vue imprenable, sublime. Une charmante maison avec piscine. C’est un vrai havre de paix. Pas très loin de Grenade , Motril, Nerja et pleins d’autres villes, on a pu découvrirent les alentours sympa. Antonio et rosa sont adorables, hyper à l’écoute et vraiment très disponible. Ils ont été géniales durant tout le séjour. Je vous recommande ce logement, les yeux fermés.

Die perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man Ruhe sucht
Wir haben schon oft Ferienhäuser gebucht, aber dieses ist wirklich etwas Besonderes: Die Lage ist einzigartig, man wohnt in einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung mit phantastischem Weitblick. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, es gibt genug Platz und Antonio ist ein netter, hilfsbereiter und vor allem witziger Gastgeber. Wir haben uns über eine Übersetzungs-App verständigt, da wir kein Spanisch und er kein Englisch spricht, aber das hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Besonders schön an der Unterkunft sind die 5 Katzen, die sehr zutraulich sind und immerzu schmusen wollen.

Petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet belle propriété. Antonio et Rosa sont adorables et disponibles si besoin. Notre fils de 8 ans a adoré accompagner Antonio dans les diverses activités du domaines. La vue est magnifique du matin au soir. Il y a toujours une terrasse ombragée pour nous apporter de la fraicheur. Le logement est très bien équipé. La piscine est parfaite pour le logement Nous avons bien profité des chaises longues à l'ombre des citronniers/oliviers/orangers. Le village est accessible à pieds (20 min pour aller à la boulangerie et l'épicerie) ou en voiture (5min) . La route est suprenante au premier abord mais on s'y fait très vite. Le village est idéalement situé à 5min de l'autoroute qui mène à Grenade ou Motril. Bref un sejour parfait pour nous. Merci Rosa et Antonio!

Let's start about the arrival. No precise address, but we have to come at the roundabout at the entry of the village and then call. "I'll arrive in 20 min" the owner says. We have to wait in the burning sun, even if we did send the time of our arrival. Then we follow the owner on small streets and roads. We arrive to the villa. The view is beautiful. The house is very nice. The owner talks a little french and explain the instructions. We ask about garbage, he said that we can leave it at the back and animals will eat it. It seemed strange but indeed after each day the rest of our meals was eaten. So not a bad idea eventually. Except the fact that after we left, we were blame for doing as instructed. Our stay there was ok. We had a nice sun, but the situation of the house made that we have no sun quite early and no sunset that we love. The double bed is very small and not comfortable. The pool was ok. 167cm depth so pay attention to children. 400 cm diameter so not big enough to really swim. The filter system was not working very well. When we left the house everything was fine for the owners and so they returned the deposit. We shaked hand and wished luck. . Later, we got remarks also about the doors of the cupboard below the sink. Water got there. Not a surprise if there is no dish drying rack. The owners said that most people do not cook there. Really odd for a villa in the middle of the mountain. So it was not a bad experience but not a very good one neither.

Estancia perfecta
El alojamiento se encuentra en plena naturaleza. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para hacer que la estancia sea perfecta. Al entrar a la casa, se ve que esta cuidada la limpieza y el estado de la misma. Antonio y Rosa fueron de lo mas atentos y encantadores durante toda la estancia. He leido en opiniones que el camino de acceso no es bueno, y es cierto que no es el mejor del mundo pero tampoco es un problema y si quieres tener una estancia en una casa en mitad del campo, en plena naturaleza no puedes llegar en autopista... La piscina estuvo genial y perfectamente limpia en todo momento. Si volvemos por Granada, no dudaría en volver.
