Valdelagrana Beach, parking and WiFi

Large town house by Valdelagrana beach, one of the best areas of El Puerto de Santa María.
It has two parking spaces, WiFi, air conditioning and four bicycles for your enjoyment.
Maximum capacity is for eight people and it is an idea alternative for families with children.

EQUIPMENT

The house consists of three spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and built-in wardrobes, and one has two bunk beds.
There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, and the other two are on the first floor and have a bathtub, one of these bathrooms is en-suite.
On the first floor there is also a utility room with an ironing board and table.

On the ground floor you will find the the lounge with ceiling fan and air conditioning, television and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils amongst other fittings. The kitchen is connected to the rear patio and a cosy dining room with a ceiling fan, and an exterior area with table, chairs, awning and barbecue.
In the front patio, where the entrance to the house is located, there are plants and a table and chairs. The basement is connected to the two garage parking spaces and there is also a bar and living room. The four bicycles at your disposal are also located here.

LOCATION

Around 450 metres away is the access to the beach, its promenade is full of restaurants and borders the marvellous natural park Los Toruños. Día supermarket, Carrefour Express and a bank are about one kilometre away. If you wish to get to know the local cities and surrounding towns better, you have easy access to Cádiz, Sevilla, Vejer and El Palmar along the N-IVa highway.

Al apartamento no se le podía pedir más, estaba completamente equipado tanto en menaje, como en ropas de casa y en todo tipo de comodidades de una casa.
