"Pool was tiny so didn’t get to enjoy it as always full of groups of men. Area was ok, someone kept on knocking on our door around 3am which was unpleasant."

"We have stayed in this hotel every year for the last 7 years and it has always been superb however this year exceeded all expectations because of a wonderfully kind gesture of an unexpected room upgrade which made the experience perfect. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were fantastic. The breakfast is superb and there is a huge variety to suit everyone’s needs. The staff are incredibly professional yet friendly and Sara EL who took care of our stay made the whole experience perfect. Thank you x"

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had an overall wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are cozy and perfect for two people. We requested two separate rooms close to each other, and the staff accommodated us perfectly, which we greatly appreciated. One thing to note is the design of the shower—it’s not isolated from the room itself. This was a bit awkward for us as parents traveling with a child, but it might not be an issue for others depending on their group dynamics. The highlight of our stay was definitely the rooftop. The view was stunning, and it was a lovely space to relax and unwind. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for couples or solo travelers who prioritize location and ambiance."

"The staff was absolutely fabulous, helped us with all of our questions. (The Hotel reminded me of a movie, can't quite remember the name, took place in India....The Most Exceptional Grand Hotel in India. Lots of people in the movie. ) The Oriental Atrium Hotel could use some enhansing, painting etc on the grand entrance, but it surely is grand. A great experience at this Hotel. The staff was so great!! Loved each and every one!!! "
