Holiday home for 12 people in El Real de la Jara, in the province of Seville, Andalusia.

It is a comfortable town house from the 19th century, restored respecting its traditional origin and a studio.

Just 45 minutes from Seville, it is located in the heart of the Sierra Norte y Aracena y Picos de Aroche Natural Park, in the town of El Real de la Jara (Seville).

The main house consists of two floors and 340 m² with an interior patio, barbecue and swimming pool. It has 1 double beds and 8 single beds.

On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with two 1.5 single beds. In the living room you will enjoy your stays with its large fireplace, small library, digital TV, video, stereo, board games.
You will not miss anything in your kitchen: crockery, glassware and cutlery, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, semi-industrial kitchen with oven, electric coffee maker, blender and all kinds of kitchen utensils. It has a common bathroom with shower.

On the second floor we find two bedrooms each with three single beds and a common bathroom with shower.

The studio consists of 60m2. It has a kitchen open to the living room - dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and an attic bedroom with a double bed.

Outside we find a porch with table and chair where you can enjoy your built-in barbecue. And on the terrace we find the pool where you can enjoy on sunny days.

You will have what you need to get started, first load of firewood, oil, vinegar, salt, bath and hand gel (3), toilet paper, cleaning supplies, barbecue utensils and everything as a welcome gift.

Also for your baby, cot, high chair and bathtub.
