The staff were exceptional - across the daily shifts! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, answer our questions, and did it in a very friendly way. They handled bad weather questions and additional tasks smoothly. I will definitely return to that hotel the next time I'm in the El Reno area.

The hotel was right off the highway. The bed was comfortable, and there was a very nice breakfast! The staff was very friendly!

Big Disappointment

First time I can say this, but the service was awful. I was in line to check in and the customer service representative was rude by stating I took the last room. When I asked about best way to get to the room, she said, the floor above us, stairs? Elevator? When we got to I the room, there were dog urine stains on the floor and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I washed them and put them away. Their pet area had no supplies. We travel with ours, but there were quite a few deposits. When my husband spoke to the front desk he was told she couldn’t do anything. Come talk to the manager tomorrow morning. We had doubts the room was completely clean.

Time to update showers and carpets.

It’s time to update the showers and carpets. We’ve stayed in multiple rooms at this specific hotel over the years. The bathrooms are nice, but the showers have quickly deteriorated. The carpets are stained and do not look clean.

Great location but needs some upgrades.

Overall we do like this hotel as it’s half way from our home to our son in TX. However, it’s becoming run down and it’s not that old. The carpets are spotted, the bedding isn’t as white as it could be and the shower walls have broken tiles and the caulk is starting to mold. Time for some upgrades.
