Spectacular Cave with two large terraces by the sea

Wow! That is what people say when they enter our stylish designed cave. Here you find all modern conveniences in a cave that used to be a fisherman house. Two terraces offer you either sun or shade and just walking down some steps you can enjoy a refreshing dive in the ocean. Enjoy the friendly fisherman town of Bocacangrejo with its unique central location for exploring the island. Close to the city and a microclimate that offers you a great weather the whole year around.

In the small village of Bocacangrejo you find your tastefully designed cave house. You enter on the big terrace (25m2) on the ground floor where you can find a terrace table and comfortable garden seats for your meals or just for enjoying the sunshine or the scenery. You enter your house in the (open plan) living/kitchen area. Immediately you notice that you haven’t booked a normal house: you are in a cave! The volcanic rocks give shape to the kitchen that is partly using the actual rocks as worktop. The kitchen has everything you need:
- Cooking hob
- Oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Dolce Gusto coffeemaker
- Fridge freezer
- And a long etc.
Of course, you have tableware, glasses, forks, knives, and everything you need available. For cooking you can find pots, pans, spices, oil, and vinegar.
The living room has a round table with comfortable chairs for the rare days that you can´t eat outside. Next to the dining area you find the living room/cave. Here you can enjoy a constant temperature the whole year on the comfortable sofa or relaxing seats. There is fast internet via fibre optic and a 50” smart tv with a Chromecast so you can stream all your favourite content.
The huge bedroom, that is next to the dining area, has a comfortable bed of 180cm X 200cm. there is a desk so you can work or read, and a spacious wardrobe build into the rocks! Next to the bedroom you have your ensuite bathroom with a double sink, spacious shower and washing machine.
From the ground floor terrace, you can go up the stairs to the rooftop terrace of 40 m2 where you have sunshine the whole day through! Sunbeds, (another) dining table with chairs and of course privileged views to both the ocean and mountains put the cherry on the cake of this beautiful house.
