Just be aware that if you are planning to use airport shuttle service, 1. You must call to request it and 2. It’s an outside vendor who serves multiple hotels so may take a while before you get to hotel. This wasn’t clear to us when we looked at the hotel’s website. Just stated complimentary shuttle service provided between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Would be useful to add additional comment “call to request shuttle service” as there are others Hilton shuttles that provide service from LAX, without requiring a call. Aside from this, the staff was very friendly and pleasant, the room was great, and the food was surprisingly good.

My room was never cleaned, I asked for service but was never answered. Had to physically get my towels and toilet paper dispose of garbage and buy some cleaning supplies to somehow keep my room clean. Some staff could use a bit of hospitality.

The rooms felt old and not very clean. It’s in a secluded industrial area so I wouldn’t walk alone outside at night. It is walking distance to a lot of food places so I enjoyed that.

Day staff not friendly, just the night shift young man. Rest was with a negative attitude every time you talked to them. Swimming pool as advertised, not working. Room was not prepared for four: toilet paper and clean towels were missing. Room with a standard noise of liike machines turning on and off outside;maybe hotel main airco. Room not cleaned during our stay. I was expecting more from a Hilton.Looked old.

We had come off of a cruise in the morning and they had a room ready for us to check in early. The shuttle was on time and efficient. The hotel seems a bit old and worn but did not effect our stay.

Good hotel for the price around LAX. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Two minor issues are the pillows are terrible and the bathroom pocket doors are clumsy.
