I recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful time. My personal concierge. Isaury De La Santos was the best part. He was kind friendly and helpful. The only negative was the toilets. You can not use toilet paper in the toilets so that was a surprise but it only took a minute to adjust. The entertainment is great and you must eat at the Asian spot Tamara. Awesome time!!!!

Location from Punta Cana airport. Didn't realize it was far. When I saw hotel information it said 25 minutes from airport, but didn't state which one. I should have done more research.

Overall the staff were great, cleaning staff were great property is in good condition. Cons of the resort ocean is terrible there, beds were terrible hard, and far from airport and the bar at the pool close at 6pm, pool closes at 7pm and all bars close at 12pm only the disco club is open

Le doy 3 estrellas por que la playa básicamente es turbia porque tiene la desembocadura de un río además está llena de agua mala, en cuanto a mi habitación era espaciosa pero tuve la mala suerte que tenía peste a humedad y el aire acondicionado casi no trabajaba me quejé me pusieron un humidificador que ayudo un poco pero había que cambiarle el agua manualmente y de madrugada se paraba, en cuanto a las extensiones estaban caras pero si renta un taxi por el hotel lo que te cobrar por persona sale en un precio único y es mas económico, la atención del hotel estuvo bien no fue excelente porque no todos me trataron especial los de reaervaciones de los restaurantes del hotel todos muy amables en especial la señorita Dominga muy amable y muy detallista. La comida estaba ok y los restaurantes que se reservan la comida no estaba a la altura en general el hotel no tenía muchas diversiones me imagino que porque era de adultos pero si están buscando mucha diversión y playa este no es el hotel adecuado. De las excursiones que realice La Hacienda fue la mejor experiencia porque realizamos muchas actividades en contacto con la naturaleza cómo montar a caballo, nos bañamos en río montamos zip line, montamos carros en fango, fuimos a una finca donde le dimos comida a los animales y tomamos chocolate café y licor entre otras cosas también estaba incluida el almuerzo deliciosoooo lo mejor que comí fue n República Dominicana fue en ese lugar y las fotos no las dejen de comprar están bellas.

The staff went above and beyond. Beautiful resort. Secluded and peaceful. I like a more rowdy/party atmosphere. The crowd was chill, quiet, and relaxed, which was nice too. Good food. Great service.

Property overall was nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Place is well maintained. The refrigeration and water pressure could be better and flies were a nuisance but that's a bit nitpicky.

Everything was perfect!The facilities are very clean and well maintained.Staff was one of the best things-always with a smile,willing to help and make you feel welcome,at home-we have to say that some members like Dominga Romero,Edwin the bartender at the lobby,Mercedes at the spa( great massage and facial!), Omar the driver were great with us,always pleasing us and looking ways to satisfy our needs!And the food at the restaurants were super delicious!Takara restaurant,El Pescador and the Dalia and the Jasmine for the buffets,simply overwhelming!So much variety of food and well presented!Our suite was for a King and Queen!The area of the beach was so peaceful ,and the water and view so magical!!!We’ll definitely come back
