What I didn't know then but do now is that the employees are exemplary- every single one. By the way, the nightly cost here provides a nice hotel in Boston without the sea of people catering to your every need. Meals here are cheaper than local restaurants. A long list of now friendly faces - I've forgotten too many names - including Braulio, Eddie, Wendy, Sonia, Vani, Saltares, and Kevin - all a tribute to the person in charge of hiring. I'll be back. "

"The hotel is really secure and a safe. It is easy to find and in a good area. You can easily access banks and the supermarket in the area by walking. The hotel staff were excellent. We were able to communicate with few issues. The hotel staff also put us in contact with someone with a good tour and helped us get access to a bus to travel across the country. I definitely would stay here again and can’t recommend it enough!"

The highlight was on our last day when the kitchen staff surprised us with a delicious lunch by the pool before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end our stay. The only downside is the hour-and-a-half ride from Punta Cana Airport, but honestly, it’s worth it for the amazing experience this resort offers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing, and fun vacation spot!"
