Didn’t have our booking through hotels.com
When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm.
No cumplió nuestras expectativas. Habíamos reservado Habitación Doble Estándar (18 m2) con una o dos camas, indicando en nuestras preferencias “cama de matrimonio”. La Habitación que nos dieron estaba situada en 2ª planta sin ascensor lo que hacía bastante complicado el acceso con maletas; además la dimensión era de, escasamente, 9 m2 y han colocado 2 camas individuales tipo IKEA con sus estructuras y todo, lo que ocupaba prácticamente todo el espacio sin sitio para colocar maletas, sin armarios, ni espacio para moverse sin golpearse continuamente con las esquinas de las camas. Los colchones muy blandos y la habitación Muy incómoda. El resto aceptable, con desayuno pre envasado muy justito y la visita al museo y cata agradable. Sugerencia: no vendan esa habitación como doble o al menos sustituyan las 2 camas por una doble sin estructura y, por supuesto, no indiquen 18 m2 cuando tiene la mitad.
La peor estancia en mi vida.
Nos dieron la habitación más pequeña y más mal decorada que he visto nunca. La cama era muy incomoda, y las cortinas estaban rotas y sucias.
La puerta del baño no abría por completo por lo pequeño que era. Solo podías pasar al otro lado de la habitación saltando la cama. Se podía oír todo el exterior, por lo que carecía de insonorización.
A las 18:00 cierran la recepción y allí ya no queda nadie.
Les pedimos la visita al museo y cata de vinos el mismo día de nuestra llegada (Lo teníamos en el paquete) y no nos respondieron al mensaje. Cuando llegamos su solución fue volver otra vez y utilizarlo entonces.. Deplorable.
Y finalmente para rizar el rizo, el desayuno más pobre que hemos tenido en nuestra vida. Una caja preparada por ellos, que dejamos la mitad por lo malo que era.
Finalmente a nuestra salida nos preguntaron que tal: Nuestra respuesta, lo escrito anteriormente, educadamente claro. Su respuesta: "es que la gente no entiende que esto no es un hotel". Y que es?
En definitiva, una triste estancia que creíamos que sería bonita.
