This apartment is part of a beautiful historic home that was built in 1847. It is on Maple Street in Elizabethtown near the Boquet River, conveniently located within walking distance of the supermarket, drug store, hardware store, Stewart’s convenience store/gas station, County Courthouse, Community Hospital, public golf course, and the Deer’s Head Inn restaurant. Tennis and basketball courts are two houses over at the Elizabethtown Social Center. There are many hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing opportunities nearby. Lake Placid is 37 minutes away. The apartment can host up to 4 guests. If you need more space, consider renting our adjacent separately listed (Vrbo listing 3178207) that can comfortably host up to 12 guests. It is possible to rent both sides of the property, the house and apartment, for as many as 16 guests total.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The location was excellent, and the communication was excellent, but it lacked in kitchenware (no toaster, microwave, only one pot etc.). We let the owner know and hopefully this will be taken care of. It was also not very clean. Again, we let the owner know and they are addressing it.
