I checked in on Tuesday September 24 to find out i made the reservation on for the wrong date. The young lady fixed it for me and unfortunately, i lost her name . It was about 4 pm and I would give her a 6 star rating. I am a business consultant and she surpasses the words, excellent service.

This was a return trip to this location. My experience at this location six weeks ago was so stellar that I would not travel to the Elizabethtown area without staying at this particular Holiday Inn express. The staff is first rate. The accommodations are first rate. Everything is sparkling clean. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience.

Very nice property off of i65. Spacious facility, plenty of options for continental breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, nice outdoor space with fireplaces. Can walk to BoomBazz pizza next door and close to other food.

Cay checked up on us a few times during our stay and she was really friendly when we went to the front desk. The breakfast staff was great. We were there during a big baseball tournament but the food was always stocked.

Why I had to give a 4 star is that we stayed in room 209 which is a handicap room. When you took a shower it flooded the bathroom floor. There is a drain in the shower and one in the floor by the shower. The water goes around the drain in the floor which flooded the bathroom. Overall everything was great other then having to deal with soaked towels.
