Modern lodge with stunning Catskill mountain views

Designed by an award winning architectural firm, this contemporary Catskills mountain lodge is sure to impress. The house features an all-wood interior in European spruce, cathedral ceilings, and thoughtful design. With three bedrooms (two with trundle beds for children), the house can host six adults and four children comfortably. Privately situated yet minutes away from Hunter Mtn, the lodge is the ideal place to relax and soak in the views of the Blue Mountains and a perfect base to explore.

This lodge was newly constructed by a local builder in 2021/22 using innovative design and building techniques. The ground floor features polished concrete floors throughout including in the great room. The great room has living and dining areas, kitchen, a breakfast nook, and a wall of 14 ft high windows that offer panoramic views of Hunter Mountain, Spruce Top, and other peaks in the distance. The cathedral ceiling reaches a height of 22 ft.
Additionally, on the ground floor, you find the main bedroom that also has a work area with desk and ergonomic chair and an en-suite bathroom including a large shower and air bath, a second bedroom with wonderful views, and a second bathroom with shower and deep soaking tub. Both bedrooms on the ground floor have king size beds with pull-out trundle mattresses.

On the second floor, you find a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a full third bathroom. Furthermore, the second floor features a comfortable sitting and TV area with a cozy window seat from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the landscape. The second floor also has a ping pong and foosball table. Overall you have access to over 3,100 sqft of living space.

The lodge has a wrap around deck where you can relax on sun loungers and rocking chairs. The state of the art Weber BBQ gas grill is for your perusal.

You are renting directly from the owner who uses the house when it is not available for rent with his family and friends. Please be aware that the home contains some personal property of the owner and his family, which we ask you to treat with care.

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of an attic room, some closets that are for the owner's private use, and the garage.
