This is a great place to stay. Very clean. Staff is super friendly. The only thing is there is no continental breakfast or microwaves in the room. But, still a great place to stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Bartender seemed less than pleased to have costumers. Was out of 4 items leaving 3 in which we ordered 2 and he got it incorrect. Very unhappy with this and the service. Wall in bathroom next to sink looked like it had splatters coffee or makeup or dirt and there. Would’ve liked to have an area to fill water bottle.

Our room was lovely and the hotel was quiet and well situated in downtown Ellensburg, near good restaurants. The rooftop access was a bonus though it was too windy and chilly to sit outside. The breakfast options in the hotel were too limited and expensive but we found a great spot down the street.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the parking. We arrived back from a concert around midnight. The parking lot designated for the hotel is very small. It was full when my daughter and I returned. We were directed to some street parking still relatively close but slightly further away. I didn't feel as confident about the safety of my car parked in the street. The hotel had an armed police officer upstairs, visible, when we arrived. That was both comforting and concerning. We notiecd when we drove in that we were next to the circuit court, across from which was a bail bond business with a sign reading, "Because lunch in prison sucks". And further down the street is a pawn shop. The town itself is darling and unique; clearly it is undergoing a positive transformation. But because we had to park in the street, I was left to feel a bit uneasy. The only other thing would be the little concession "closet". You folks reeeeally need to offer some healthy alternatives if not a few more substantial snacks (cheese, nuts). Other than that our stay was awesome. Love the Early Bird restaurant across the street for breakfast, really efficient! Great, freaky, weird, but fun giant puppet store nearby. Had a great time. Would come again.

This hotel felt European but with American comforts, the rooms were well apportioned and thought out, a table by couch to set drink, reading lights, coffee service, nice linens. Was very happy with my accommodations and the staff were all super friendly and helpful
