The whole complex could use a thorough cleaning. Rooms not properly cleaned, garbage in the ice bucket. Our travel companions had Q tips and nuts on the floor of their room.

This place had me up all night with loud guests (not hotels fault), random noises coming from bathroom, hallway, and even a loud machine sound outside. I genuinely got no sleep here, just felt super uneasy.

Horrible stay
The room was not ready at check in, was t clean. Dog hair, hair in the sheets, bathroom door didnt shut, room was not in good shape. Balcony shook, and sloped. Could noy go out and feel safe. Left in the middle of the night because of dogs inside hotel barking all night

For what I paid, I expected a much cleaner and more of a put together hotel. The hallways had drywall patches all the way down them. The shower was cut to make it a hadicap one and had mold on the linning where they cut it. The blinds, shower curtain and comforter all had stains on them. I do not plan on staying here agian.

Property is and looks quite old. It was advertised that breakfast was available, but the only thing ready was waffles you had to make. Bathrooms were very run down, caulking moldy and missing. Unit floors were sticky like they mopped with a solution and didn't clean it up. Overall this is like a motel 6 quality, but they charge quite a premium

The staff was very nice. But this was not a $250.00 room! It was run down. The outlets were loose, the corner protectors had nails sticking out, the shower bath handle and spout were very loose from wall, the cold water barely came out, floor tile was chipped and there was a very musty smell in the bathroom. I’m glad we were there for only one night!

Bring soap. One bar is not enough for the bathroom sink and bathtub. Hallway door to the room would not lock without slamming it shut. No internet outlets, just regular plug ins. Older hotel. Smells like bug spray/disinfectant. In the lobby there is a machine that sprays out a mist periodically. Not sure what was going on with the A/C. I would change it to 74 degrees and it would revert back to 77.

The room spacious and well maintained. The hardwood floor made the stay pleasant. All the staff were accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this motel.

Just not the standards of other Quality Inns. Not terribly clean. The front desk agent not terribly engaging. I had to ask for directions to our room. No mention of breakfast times. Breakfast was less than appealing. Waffles and Costco pastries were good. Felt that they maybe should have put the hard boiled eggs in the fridge that they had instead of the plastic pastry box and maybe put the butter out to at least be a bit soft to spread on the waffles. Screen to our room was off and lying on the ground outside the window. Just overall did not feel like it was a well taken care of property of very clean.
