"Sweet Retreat" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Canary Bar and Grill. Just out the back door is the Suncadia Trail for you to walk, hike or bike through the scenic resort or go to the kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 3 BR including 2 Master Suites, and 3.5 BA. Ten guests can sleep comfortably on beds.

This custom builder’s home features an open and spacious great room with a large gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a large TV with Hulu TV and BluRay Player. Just off the great room is a spacious patio that boasts comfortable outdoor seating, gas fire pit, and a private Hot Tub that seats 6 to 8!

The well stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, gas cook top, granite counter tops, and a large bar for preparing great in-home meals. The over-sized dining table seats 10 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a plush King Master Suite. This Bedroom features a large Smart TV, and a beautifully designed private bath with a dual head shower and large soaking tub.

Up a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the cozy loft that boasts a double sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV with PlayStation 3 and over 15 games. Off the loft is a Queen Master Suite with an en-suite bath. On the other side of the loft is a guest bath that features a tub/shower combo and a bunk room with a total of 4 Twin Beds.

This is an ideal getaway for 2 families, or 2-3 couples. The central location of the cabin in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting! You'll also enjoy gourmet meals at Suncadia's Portals Restaurant, The Canary Lounge, and Swiftwater Winery! Walk to golf at the award winning Prospector's Golf Course, or take a short 1/2 mile drive through the resort to enjoy Suncadia's newest public course, Rope Rider!

Fantastic property in a great location close to everything
Great property. SUPER cozy. We've stayed in Suncadia many times and this one is right up there with the best we've stayed in. One suggestion to the host. The patio furniture is wobbly and needs tightened down. Just FYI. But loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and beautiful. I just wish the check in time was a little earlier than 4pm and check out a little later than 11am. You really don't get much of the weekend to enjoy the place, but you pay for it. Overall, I would recommend it.

Great vacation home!
The vacation home was very nice. It's true to the pictures. Very comfortable. Clean. All Seasons rental staff was very helpful and speedy in replenishing items. Would recommend. It is closer to the main road so there is higher level of noise if one opens the windows in the rooms upstairs (we were ok.)

Spring break getaway with grandkids.
Beautiful home with easy access to trails to different parks for kids to ride their bikes on. Home had a great hot tub and also an outside fire pit to make s’mores. Home also had access to Hulu movies for indoor quiet time. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great house a great location. The hot tub never got hot during the stay and after a few messages and trips from maintenance it was not resolved. Unfortunately we were only staying a few days so we didn't get a chance to use it. Would definitely come back but just be aware you do not get access to the suncadia pool. House was well stocked. The management company does have quite a few rules (this was not a problem for us) but if you might have trouble with this it would not be a good fit.

Great house and great location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed Suncadia, this home, and the activities surrounding this area. The home was equipped with all we needed for the most part. A great size, plenty of common and sleeping space. We loved the hot tub and fire pit.

Had a great time!
We had a great time, and overall loved the house! We loved the gas fire pit with comfy chairs, hot tub, and comfortable living room seating. A few things that could be improved: broiler in the oven wasn’t working, one bedroom didn’t have a dresser, and the hot tub had a few issues. Once we found the hot tub breaker on the fence (behind a pine tree), and cycled the power, we got most of the Jets to work, but one corner seat didn’t work at all. Also the temperature in the hot tub was extremely hot no matter what I set it to. We worked around this by turning the breaker off and on to limit how much the heater ran. The one thing that can’t be changed was that this house is next to the main road which leads to some traffic noise during weekdays, but mostly we were able to tune that out.

Great Stay for Wedding!
Really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Very clean with easy touchless check in and check out. Our stay included 7 adults, visiting for my nephews wedding at the winery. Home was very spacious so we all got to spread out. Only problems were we couldn't get the bubbles to work on the hot tub (water was very warm so no issues there!) and the hot water didn't last too long for the showers. But these were pretty minor. The home was well laid out, very nicely decorated and close to walking trails. Very professional listing with lots of details on things to do around town. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice but…
Pro: Clean, comfy, great location, loved the spa, nice beds, quiet location. Cons: AC can’t go lower than 72f, this wasn’t sufficient for the upstairs rooms, water heater wasn’t sufficient for a family of 6; it wasn’t fun to take lukewarm showers every day, the signs everywhere made it feel less of a house and more like a list full of rules, don’t go over the trash limit or you get charged, the oven didn’t work, the fridge drawer was broken so the doors don’t close properly. It was overall fine but…kind of annoying.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is so cutely decorated and while right next to the main road it is nestled back where kids can play in culdesac and great spot to see wildlife! Only qualm was the oven wasn't working but they did have a small counter electrical toaster/oven to offset. Overall would stay again!
