Booking was incorrect by 1 day and would not refund the other 2 days x 3 rooms. Called immediately within 2 minutes of booking tried to get it resolved and was told it was resolved over phone yet upon arrival was told that the 3 rooms were not available and would not refund the 3 days.

Great long weekend!
We were able to check in quickly! Room was very comfortable! Breakfast was amazing… great variety and delicious! One day after the beach, couldn’t shower warm but luke warm was tolerated. Very quiet on first floor. Great location for us, 30 minutes to Tropicana Field and then 30 minutes to Venice Beach. We will stay there again!

I always like staying at this Hampton Inn and Dusti and Max are amazing employees they are kind and very helpful. However the nighttime employee needs to work on his demeaner and also a nametag and shoes would be helpful when he is working.

Nice place to stay. Outlet mall right next door. Only bad thing was hard to get to because of traffic and construction. Had a Ruby Tuesdays, Wendy's and circle K in front of it. Would stay there again.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and I feel it is important to share our thoughts. During our visit to Florida for a funeral, we selected your hotel based on its location. However, we encountered several issues during our stay that negatively impacted our experience. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as we had hoped, the lighting in the room was too bright (I wish it was dimmable), and the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom led to constant fogging up after showers. One particularly challenging situation arose when I needed to print a document for the funeral proceedings. Despite my request at the front desk, there was an issue with the email system, and it took longer than expected to resolve. I believe better communication and timely suggestions for alternatives could have prevented this inconvenience, especially considering the urgency of the matter. As a result of these accumulated issues, we faced significant stress and nearly missed an important event related to the funeral. This unexpected turn of events necessitated seeking assistance at a different hotel, adding further frustration to an already difficult time for us. Regrettably, based on our experience, we have decided that we will not be returning to your hotel in the future.

First impressions not good
The breakfast was not the greatest but alright. The halls were quiet and the rooms comfortable. Upon arrival, there was a problem with another guests reservations and the person handling it was loud, jumping back and forth between the computer and papers and, generally, gave the impression of not having any idea what she was doing. Since she finally disappeared, I am assuming she was management, but not very good as a role model for the others.. "Peggy", on the other hand, was calm, professional and efficient.
