Weber gas grill, patio furniture & a hot tub are great compliments to the front porch and back deck!

Winter Ski Trip
The property was the perfect place for use to stay for a short skiing getaway. It was so close to Holiday Valley and Holimont (you could see both from mountains from the house) and it was walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store! The house was very comfortable, there was plenty of places to sleep for kids and the kitchen was well stocked! This house had it all and host was super responsive and great to work with! We would stay here again!

The Rockwell home was so convenient for walking to town. They’ve done a great job with modernizing the home without sacrificing its character! Plenty of space for all and linens and towels new and comfy. We had a small issue with a sink and the owner responded immediately- Would stay again!

Eight of us really enjoyed our stay. The home was well stocked with plenty of bedding and linens and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub needed some help but the owner responded quickly and the problem was resolved. Great location and walking distance to town.

Best location, best value in Ellicottville
What a deal. This has to be the best kept secret. It's a century home that has been completely updated and modernized. We didn't realize how close to town this house was. It's literally a 3 min walk. And it's all new. The leather sofas, huge dining table, kitchenware, flooring, hot tub, beds, linens, towels. Etc. There is even free coffee pods and ground coffee. The beds are extremely comfortable. Shawna made our stay very enjoyable. She was a great communicator and made sure evwything was perfect. Well be coming back. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.
