Welcome to your very own slice of paradise at our luxury riverfront cabin on Mountaintown Creek! Tucked away in nature’s embrace, this retreat is all about peace, privacy, and pure relaxation. Kick back to the sounds of the river on the spacious deck or cozy up inside with stunning views all around. With top-notch furnishings, modern amenities, and unforgettable scenery, this is where your perfect escape begins.

**Got a Dog?**
Yes, you can bring your furry friend! We allow one dog (under 50 pounds and at least 2 years old). Just complete our Dog Form, which includes a Vet Health Certificate and a photo of your pup. There’s a $35/night pet fee (with a $70 minimum). Heads up: we might restrict certain breeds.

Our five-star cabin has it all—luxury bedding, Paul Mitchell hair products, a gourmet kitchen, and a game room with shuffleboard and foosball. There’s also an outdoor game room with ping pong, a movie room with a 65" Smart TV, two fireplaces (one is a firepit), and a luxurious Bull Frog Hot Tub. Plus, you'll enjoy three king master suites with balconies overlooking the river. This place is the definition of relaxation.

Need extra beds? The game room and loft area have twin day beds with trundles, perfect for added guests.

**Exclusive Perks:**
You’ll have access to the entire cabin and nearly 1,000 feet of private riverfront. We own two additional lots and three adjacent homes, giving you plenty of space to explore, including a large grassy area with a horseshoe court.

**Pricing Details:**
Our base rate covers 4 guests, with an extra $15 per night for each additional guest (up to 10 total). This keeps rates reasonable for smaller groups.

We’ve got high-speed Fiber Internet, so everyone stays connected and happy.

**Getting Here:**
The cabin is easy to reach (we drive a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid). The last 1/3 mile is on a community-maintained gravel road. Off-street parking is available, and it’s just three steps down to enter the cabin.

**Comfort Control:**
Our cooling and heating limits are set between 72-76 degrees as part of our conservation efforts. If you need it cooler or warmer, we can adjust it to 68 or 80 degrees for an additional $10/night.

**Coosawattee River Resort Perks:**
Enjoy access to parks, tennis courts, a rec center with an indoor pool, and more within the gated community. The $60 Resort Fee covers up to 8 adults and unlimited kids. Two guest cards are provided, each allowing access for 4 adults. Please make sure to return the cards—lost cards incur a $25 replacement fee.

Explore local festivals, restaurants, and shops in downtown Ellijay, just 6 miles away. Families will love the nearby orchards, Big Foot Museum, and Blue Ridge Scenic Railway.
