Nice, big, clean, room. Depending on which direction you are coming from, you may have to turn into a side street and double back to get to the hotel.

We didn't check in until almost 2am so the lady at the front desk extended our check out time from 11 to 12:30 just in case we overslept. I thought that was very thoughtful!!!

We stopped there last minute. The rooms are large. The water pressure is great! Rooms and grounds are clean. Hotel is dated but makes it better in my opinion! Staff was welcoming and helpful.

You get what you pay for.
The room was clean, but very shabby. Even when all of the lights were turned on, it was too dim to see very well. The bed sagged in the middle. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. There was no listing of TV channels. I was there for 2 nights, but housekeeping did not come into the room at all.

Good option for traveling with dog. $10 dog fee is very reasonable. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Grab-and-go breakfast, though simple and basic, is an added bonus. The area is quiet and felt very safe. The downtown of Corning is a few minutes drive away with excellent dining and entertainment options.

Although dated, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable! Our group had 6 rooms and all that were involved were pleased with their accommodations. Great location off the highway with restaurants within walking distance!

What I did not like is that I was attempting to book a room in Elmira NY but Expedia booked it in Painted Post which is 22 miles away. I immediately tried to cancel but a recorded message said it was too late to cancel. We then backtracked to Painted Post but could not locate the hotel. My husband and I are in our eighties, it was late and we were exhausted after this wild goose chase. We found another room in Horseheads NY. America’s Best Value sent a message that a manager from Expedia needs to call them in order for my Amex account to be credited. Please help us.
