Noisy, not clean, blanket so thin, felt cold. Bed too soft and made noises when sleep. Eggs of breakfast spoiled tasted bad smell. Tea and coffee were worst.
Was looking for a budget friendly hotel close to Corning and Watkins Glen and I found it! It was alot more spacious than I thought it be. A big comfy king size bed. Yes, the hotel is older and you can see some small updates have been made but it was enough to suit our needs. I was shocked to find we even had a microwave in our room. The free popcorn and sweets in the lobby was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast is basic but enough for us and it was also a nice surprise with the price we paid. I would stay here again!
Free popcorn in lobby and continental breakfest was awesome with waffles.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Not great
The tv didn’t work when we got there. They did come to right away but it took about 15 minutes to fix. In the morning it wouldn’t work again. The bed was also terribly uncomfortable.
We arrived on the wrong day, but they had a room for us. The hotel was impressive in cleanliness and very well kept. I would encourage anyone in the area to stay here.
Our stay was just okay. We got checked in right away it smelled like a movie theater with the fresh popcorn so that was nice. We had a room on the second floor and there was no elevator, My hubby and I both have a bad knee so that sucked. There was a bunch of people waiting for breakfast in the morning while the girl was outside smoking we had to ask her to open the door. Other then that it was fine.
Front desk very friendly. Food was ok, can't complain too much with the price. Noise was horrible. We were on the ground floor, heard every step our upstairs neighbors made, heard the muffled conversations, heard every toilet flushing, showers, and water dripping residues after flushing and showers...3 nights. For a 2 star hotel, with that price, I think overall it's ok.

Good place to live. Cooperative staffs. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. You can enjoy the nice fall color from the parking lot and room as well. One suggestion: although blanket was clean, better to replace wool blanket with comforter. Overall, it's a nice place to enjoy the fall color or summer around the Watkins Glen/ Ithaca.
