The staff was outstanding. The room was very clean. I felt the pool was colder than it should be with little children, but Mary And housekeeping staff was outstanding. Nice location

Great property. We had asked for hypoallergenic bedding and this was one of the only properties that had the room ready and waiting for us with the proper bedding. Staff was very friendly. The pool was cold but we still had fun. Check out Jellybeans down the street for a great meal

The hotel needs a refresh. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty around the rim of the sink. The tables in the breakfast area tip. One morning the only yogurt brand was Trix. We stay at Hampton frequently. The location was great; the hotel was drab.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. The bed could have been softer and the chair at the desk was too short to make typing comfortable. Otherwise, it was all good. Our children especially liked that breakfast included waffles with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

Sorry Snoring
The walls are so thin I could hear the person next door snoring! It was gross. I used a white noise phone app to cover it up. There was a red stain on the body lotion bottle (which I never used). There was a yellow/brownish stain on the outer rim of the toilet's floor piece. I didn't step there. The person in the room above me stomped so hard and seemed to be lifting and dropping weights so hard my ceiling shook. I called the front desk about it and the noise stopped. The shower had a shampoo bottle but no conditioner. The bed and linens and pillows were fine. The TV worked. The location was convenient. Front desk and breakfast room staff were terrific! I'm a long time Hilton member and will continue to book them. But not at this location.

Don’t think about sleeping in…the housekeeper belted out very loudly as she worked. Breakfast was good. Patio out back’s key pad didn’t work so you had to walk around to the front to re-enter

- there were loud noises coming from the shower above me when being used, which was very distracting. - I booked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled cigarette all over when we walked Inside that I had to use a scented spray everywhere to minimize the odor.
