Well kept and quiet staff were charming and friendly. A better variety of TV channels available for motels in this reasionable price rand At slightly less than $100 taxes inc. per night it was all I expected and much more.From when I first arrived about 5.30pm a charming young lady with a nice smile made me welcome and was very informitive. Easly would reccomend and go back.

Easy to find hotel after exiting the highway. Friendly check in, lovely lady, very patient, warm, and helpful. Walking distance to the Glass Museum.Walking distance to Market Street with lots of dining and shopping. Or a quick drive. Wegman's grocery store nearby on the other side of the river.

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, which is commendable and warrants a rating of 4 out of 5. However, the hotel's infrastructure requires significant renovation and modernization. The fitness center, in particular, is in dire need of attention, with several machines out of order and limited space that can only accommodate a maximum of 2-3 individuals at a time. To fully realize the potential of this establishment, it is imperative that immediate action be taken to address these issues and meet the expectations of the valued customers..

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good what I did not like was the fact they have no elevator and you have to carry your suitcases upstairs since I am 60 years old it wasn’t something I really looked forward to when I found out. They didn’t have an elevator the carpets Were a little dingy. I’m sure they’ll be replacing them soon though the room itself was very nice. The bed was comfy something I did not like also in the room was they reused shampoo and conditioner from a previous customer… The front desk person gave me fresh ones when I went down and asked.I just thew away the used ones I’ve seen that happen a couple times recently and it grosses me out. I kind of feel like it’s like reusing a bar of soap from a stranger.

Family trip to Glass factory. Very convenient to restaurants, factory gas stations, etc. Clean and comfortable. Average offerings for breakfast. We enjoyed our visit to Corning, so we enjoyed the accommodations.

The check in smooth, the woman at the desk was very informative. Room clean, comfortable. Disappointed that the pool water was cold and the gas fireplace in the lobby didn’t work. Otherwise great stay.
