Overall great condition but could use an update
The hotel is in great condition but not updated. The bed was comfortable, which was most important to us and we weren't bothered by noise in the hallway or neighbours, allowing us to have a great sleep. We were welcomed and helped by the receptionist who was very kind and accommodating. She really set a great tone to our overall stay. We would stay here again.

My stay was good except for the toilet paper and tissues. They were the lowest level of quality you could possibly provide. For the price of the accommodations, l expected a higher level of toiletry items than were available. I think you need to up your game in this area. I shouldn’t have to bring these items from home to be satisfied to my level of comfort.

The location was excellent - easy to get to a lot of different things. The staff was very pleasant and check-in/out was very easy. The room and facilities were clean, but we stayed on the second floor and it was a little stuffy. We actually had to turn the air conditioner on when it was under 40 degrees outside. Also, we were there 3 mornings and each morning the decaf coffee was empty.

The staff we're friendly and accommodating. The amenities were diverse and as expected. The proximity is excellent and easy walking to a great variety of shops on main Street. The property appeared to be undergoing some sort of a technology project with cables running through a hallway but they were neatly secured.

First off we had to park down the street and half mile away from our hotel because there’s no reserved spaces so people coming in just for dinner or to see a group performing had parking preference over paying guests. Additional, the manager was unfriendly and had an attitude when I brought this concern to her attention. They also put us next to the outdoor smoking area so our room was disgusting smelling of cigarettes and we were bothered at all hours of the night and woken up by people being loud and obnoxious. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
