T-0223 Very well maintained villa in Els Poblets

Beautiful Villa in Els Poblets with lovely Mediterranean garden and private pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the first floor (access by an external stairs) and the other two on the ground floor. It has 2 bathrooms with shower. To enjoy the hot summer nights, the house is equipped with 4 air conditioning units (in the three bedrooms and in the living room). For the cold winter we have additional electric radiators throughout the house. The air conditioners can also be set to emit warm air. If you want to give the living room a cosier atmosphere you can light a fire in the fireplace for those cooler winter evenings. Outside you will find a cosy terrace and a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor. Of course, we didn't forget your car. We keep a space where you can park your car in a shady carport under the purple flowers of the bougainvillea, to which the house owes its name. Buganvilla House.

Attention!
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. Would you like to book this service in addition? or would you like to bring your own linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 € / kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Todo perfecto!
La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas. Las camas muy buenas y grandes. El jardín muy bien cuidado, la ubicación es la que esperábamos, necesitas coger coche para ir a una playa de arena; pero como se puede aparcar dentro de la propiedad, no hay ningún problema. La atención y el trato de Laura se merece un 10!. Una casa que merece la pena.

Tolles Objekt, danke für alles!
Haus, Garten, Pool, Lage sehr gut. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefgühlt, erholsame Wochen für uns! Den Strom extra zu berechnen hat uns ein wenig gestört, hier sollte man den Gästen - vor allem in der heutigen Zeit - einen sparsamen Umgang mit Energie zutrauen. Auto ist notwendig, vor allem um an den Sandstrand zu gelangen. Danke für die sehr freundliche und umsichtige Betreuung.
