Power outage didn't stop me from checking in!
I was very lucky to check in. When I arrived they were experiencing a power outage. However because I had pre paid they had my room keys and paper work ready to go and they didnt need to do anything on the computer they did it the old fashion way. I really appreciated that the staff was trained to do that. However the eleveater was not working at the time and my room was on the 3rd floor so I did end up waiting to get into my room. But I was able to miss the crowds. The only real bummer about my stay was the breakfast in the morning. They dont keep it stocked for the guests that are using it. It seemed that there was quite the wait for breakfast items to be refilled by one person running the breakfast. That might be one area that they could improve, and maybe it was just an off day... The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind and welcoming. I visit Ely often for work and will consider staying here again.

Elevators out. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs. Black hair in shower and bed. Room dirty. Smelled like pot on 4th floor. Disgusting overall.

New hotel and clean. The breakfast is pretty good comparing to other free continental breakfast in similar hotels. A little noise in the morning with trucks passing by the road outside.

Beautiful hotel. Good service. Breakfast first day had a very limited selection. The second day the selection was excellent. Famly of four and room only had towels for three. Additional towels were provided. Also, jacuzzi jets not working.

It was a nice hotel but kind of upset when the cleaning service barges in at 8:30am to clean the room while the whole family was still asleep. The kids were a little upset.

My favorite part of the hotel was the lobby. Our family could gather to socialize and play cards without being crammed into a room. Decent breakfast with a good variety of foods. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
