So tacky it is adorable. Luxury rooms, as good as any Hyatt Regency. Competitively priced or cheaper than the big chains in town.

Fun themed hotel
This is a fun little hotel with lots to see. We were on a road trip and just needed a one-night stay as a stopover and this was the best option. Cute theme with kitschy western decor but in a good way. We ate at the on-site Mexican restaurant and it was surprisingly really good. Considering the town itself is pretty out of the way we weren't sure what to expect but it did not disappoint.

May very well be ghe most friendly, service oriented hotel we've er stayed at. Every staff person was friendly with a ready, sincere welcome... truly eagr to make you feel "at home." Restaurant excellent and reasonably priced. Decor unique and enjoyable. Very clean rooms. The most dog friendly place we've ever experienced. Doggy beds in rooms. Treats! And dog welcomed in lounge, fining area and casino. Nice gift shop... alot of variety.

Our room was clean and spacious. The check in was fast and informative as to where we should park so we could bring our stuff up. The shower products were also very nice which is refreshing because some hotels now use cheap stuff even though their prices have increased. All in all I was very pleased.

The pool and hot tub were very inviting, clean, great restaurant (Margaritas), gift shop, coffee shop. Everything was great, definitely recommend, and would stay again.

This was our second trip to Ely and the first time at Prospector's. Every staff member from house cleaning to the bartender to the restaurant to the front desk, every one was amazing! We will not stay anywhere else whenever we go back. Our room was so comfortable! Thank you Prospector's!
