Paradise Point allows for expansive views of the mountains surrounding Paradise Valley.
Easy access to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park, just 27 miles away.

Can be rented with Ashling Ranch and Sage Ranch for groups of 20. All 3 homes are on the adjacent 80 acres. Perfect for large groups, weddings, or family reunions.

Pets are considered with owner approval and a fee. Please inform us of the breed, size, and age of the dog. No dogs are allowed to be left unattended for any reason. A large crate is available upon request and availability.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This unique upscale home offers unbelievable peace and tranquility with outstanding views of the mountains surrounding Tom Miner Basin in the lovely Paradise Valley. The home is completely private and you can not see another home from its location. There are 3 porches, all of which have outstanding views. Enjoy easy access to Yellowstone National Park.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The upstairs bedroom with attached ensuite bathroom has a beautiful river rock walk-in shower and offers a queen bed with a view that will make you eager to wake up each morning. The downstairs has a fully equipped apartment with a queen size bed and a full bath with a large whirlpool tub. Full kitchen, tv, sofa, sitting area, electric fireplace, and a private deck with another beautiful view north to emigrant peak and the surrounding mountains. There is also a fold-up cot and port-a-crib available upon request.

KITCHEN/ DINING: : The upstairs gourmet kitchen is the ultimate foodies’ playground with state-of-the-art appliances and an island bar for food preparation. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could imagine. There is a lovely large bar for mixing up your favorite cocktail while enjoying the open floor plan and views. There is a large Stickley dining table to seat up to 6 and bar seating for 8. The second kitchen is located on the bottom level with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and is also fully equipped. There is also a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill and a big red egg and an oversized picnic table off the main level.

LIVING ROOM: The focal point of the main living room is access to the fabulous porch and skywalk. There is a leather sofa, a super comfortable power recliner and sitting areas for reading and taking in the view. There is a large flat screen tv. Another focal point is the one-of-a-kind Tulikivi stove (guests are asked not to use it). The tile floors are heated for added comfort.

TV ROOM: The lower level also offers a second living room with an electric fireplace, sofa, and all of the electronic entertainment you need.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This home is set-up as 2 separate units. The home is equipped with a very unusual forklift elevator but is not available for use for guests for safety reasons. The basement is accessed from the garage or from the lower deck. The main upstairs unit is accessed by the skywalk or the back deck.

SETTING AND OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The deck allows you to sit outdoors and face the amazing Absaroka Mountain Range to the north and east. This home is surrounded by wildlife so be on the lookout!

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: The home is 27 miles to the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park, 18 miles from Chico Hot Springs, and Yellowstone Hot Springs. There are endless hiking opportunities close by as well as local horseback and fly-fishing outfitters. Livingston is the closest town for groceries and many dining opportunities.

Secluded Montana Property
Lovely home in the foothills of the Gallatin Mountains. Everything was provided by the host and they were very responsive when the disposal wasn’t working. Someone came out to fix it that day. Views are just amazing. Only complaint was the difficulty in accessing the lower level which is where the laundry room, bathtub and garage are.
