The 1 room 55m² Non smoking apartment is located in the heart of Emmerthal / Kirchohsen, is bright and friendly, newly renovated and equipped with a kitchenette, wireless internet, TV and separate bathroom. Children are welcome.

A room divider separates living room from the bedroom as seen in the pictures. A box spring bed (2 persons) and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 persons are available. 2 baby cots can be borrowed free of charge.
The living room has a 46 inch satellite TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls and a small selection of spices. A dining table with 4 seats is available.

The large bathroom offers underfloor heating, barrier-free shower incl. Hair dryer, towels and a small shower gel.

All windows are equipped with external blinds.

Location Description:
Emmerthal is located in the city triangle between Hameln-Bad Pyrmont-Bodenwerder in the beautiful Weserbergland directly on the Weser in the district of Hameln-Pyrmont. On an area of 115 km ² live 10822 inhabitants. Emmerthals convenient location in the middle of the Weserbergland, the community has a high recreational value with a well-developed hiking and cycling trails and is located both on the Weser cycle path and on the road of the Weser Renaissance. Many places of interest the rat-catcher town Hameln, castle Hämelschenburg, the Münchhausen city Bodenwerder uvm. is in the immediate vicinity. The community is conveniently connected between the areas Hannover-Hildesheim in the east and Ostwestfalen / Lippe in the west by the federal highway 83. The train station Emmerthal connects you with the airport S-Bahn S5 Paderborn-Hameln-Hannover Hbf. Regular buses also run. For your daily needs you will find a wide range of grocery stores, diverse retail stores, pharmacies, hairdressers, restaurants, indoor pool of a post office and good medical care.

Alles sauber, sehr großzügig und ruhig, incl. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der Wohnung. Zur offenen Duschecke und den Wasserhähnen könnte evtl. mal kleine Investition getätigt werden. Handlauf am Treppenaufgang und bessere Flurbeleuchtung am Aufgang zur Wohnung! Sonst alles 1A.

Schöner Radurlaub an der Weser
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Vermieter. Balkon und Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Umgebung war okay. Haben Radtouren entlang der Weser unternommen. Einziger Minuspunkt,trotz Hochsaison war Gastronomie und Imbiss an den Radwegen Mangelware!

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort Wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt, das Bad ist riesig, das Bett bequem und die teils überdachte Terrasse läd zum verweilen ein. Wir haben daher noch eine Nacht dran gehängt und konnten hier wunderbar abschalten und entspannen.

Kurzurlaub an der Weser
Wir haben die Wohnung für unseren Kurzurlaub genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das grosse Bad mit der tollen Regendusche haben wir nach langer Radtour sehr genossen. Den Abend konnten wir auf der schönen Holzveranda in sehr bequemen Liegestühlen ausklingen lassen. Die neuwertig ausgestattete Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die netten Vermieter sind bei Bedarf gut zu erreichen. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen. Alles super
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und durften auch später auschecken als geplant. Einen kleinen Abzug geben wir der Umgebung, auf Grund des Atomkraftwerkes. Der Vermieter ist aber super nett und die Wohnung ist top!

Ruhig mit sehr kurzem Weg bis zur Weser gelegen. Tolle Fahrradwege.
Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Geschmacksache) ein tolles Objekt. Empfehlen wir gerne weiter. Sehr nette Eigentümer.
