We have been on the road fir almost 6 weeks. This is the best motel we have stayed. Smells and is so clean, cozy room, quiet, well located ana manager is super kind and helpful. A 10 pont in my rating!

The Ethan in the office was great even after I called 3 times because my GPS took me to wrong place. Rooms where clean and conformable.

This is an old fashioned motel, but all of the same amenities as a hotel. It is quaint, but in harmony with the town of Emmett. The decor is western, but I would prefer an Idaho landscape above the beds over the woman shooting a gun and the Howdy Partner posters, but that is just my personal taste. Some folks might enjoy those images. They did make me laugh.

I grew up in Emmett so I never needed to stay here until recently going back home to visit. We got a newly renovated room and it was so cute and comfortable. The customer service was great and our room was well taken care of by their "Dust Bunny" team. Definitely worth the cost. We had a dog with us at our stay and their pet fee wasnt astronomical.

Cute older hotel
Cute little place, comfy bed & shower. Place was clean, & had enough coffee pods to satisfy the hubs & I. Lady in the office @ checkout (had to buy some candy from their supply from the business in Weiser) was not real friendly, kinda stand-offish

I chose to not have room service at all for the 5 nights that I was there so I cannot speak to that component of the service but the $40 cleaning deposit required for late check in was a very frustrating process- they felt that the photo of my ID (which was required for them to allow me into the room) was a bit blurry (all relevant information was seeable) and so I had to pull over three times during a 15 hour drive in the snow and dark, with very limited cell service) to try to provide them with the information they needed so that I could be allowed into my room after I arrived at 10:30PM. I was there for 5 days, I feel like it would have been very reasonable to have allowed me to bring my ID and credit card in the following morning (which I offered) versus all the stress of pulling over in the snow and dark on HWY 20 and not knowing if I would have a room for the night.

We really loved the motel. It was superb other than one condition the bed was extremely hard and I had to move to the couch during the night. If all beds were like room 15 then we won't be staying there again.i really hope they take this in consideration and we would definitely stay there again.

The management here is very unprofessional. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. When we arrived at 3pm, the sign on the door said the office was open at 3pm. We had a reception 40 miles away that started at 4pm. We called the number and finally got someone to answer they said no one would be there until 4. The manager was very snippy because they had screwed up. Terrible experience.
