Young rude individual checked us in! Gave us a room where the tv didn’t have a remote snd the phone wasn’t connected. When I went downstairs and asked for a remote, I waited for a family to check in. They immediately came back and said someone was already in the room he gave them!!!! Awful place!

Was only there for 15 minutes and so dirty. Sadly it's not from the employees. You can tell that management and owners didn't care. They put money into the ones in richer towns. For the price I thought it would be really nice. Double more than everywhere else. And no refund. Really disappointed.

We had a poor experience. We stayed the night in-between legs of a long road trip. We drove out of our way and paid a bit more to stay at this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, pool was green and hot tub was drained. Room and hallways were dirty, our floor (3rd) was under construction

The hot tub was broken and appeared to have been broken for weeks if not months. The third floor where we were originally assigned was disgusting with construction dust and trash. We had to pay twenty dollars for incidentals before even checking in and was told the money would not be returned before 4 to 5 business days. Even the clerk said it was a bad policy, No effort was made to make the purchase better because of the advertised hot tub not working. It was one of the primary reasons we chose this motel. We will not be staying there again.

The rooms very dirty, paint was chipped off from multiple places. The bathroom tubs and carpets were dirty. The light shades in the hallway were broken pretty much everywhere. The only positive was that the staff was extremely friendly.

Thankfully we were only staying for one night! After traveling for 11 hours, we did not have the energy to go elsewhere. Our room was musty/damp smelling. The window was broken. The crack was covered by packing tape. The bathroom had a significant amount of black mold in an area on the ceiling. When we checked out and told the person at the front desk, another guest said their bathroom was full of mold as well. We would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible…..didnt tell us there was a hold of $30, NOWHERE did it say anything about it on their site or yours. Black Hairs in the bathtub!!! The main reason I choose this hotel was because they have a spa!!!! The spa hasn’t worked since covid they said but NOWHERE did it say that on their sir or yours! The bed was caving inwards and I woke up incredibly sore which has put an extreme damper of my travel plans. I truly want my money back! I will never return to this hotel and will not recommend staying there or using your site to book a room due to lack of information on the hotel
