Overall, the hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. My issue is the very slanted area in the parking lot near the storm drain. My wife was getting our 1yr old son out of the car and fell on the uneven area, twisting her ankle, dropping our son, and breaking her arm. Fortunately, our son was fine, barely a scratch, but I had to take her to the emergency room, where we discovered her arm was broken in two places. We filed an incident report with the hotel and hope this problem area in the parking lot is addressed!

These middle of the road hotels are never taken care off you can see the companies cheap out no plastic bags clean every other day fridges are empty ..the girl at the desk was nice

Staff was nice. Room could have been a little cleaner. AC control was not adjustable. Toilet paper holder was inconvenient under vanity. The hallway had a bad odor. Ice machine was not working.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and personable. She helped with the check in and was able to help me get bottled water since the vending machines were out of order. Would definitely stay again!

When I arrived my reservation was not updated since I change my reservation. I try to contact Expedia to no avail. The hotel management were very helpful in my accommodation. Also you quote me an amount and I end up pay almost $70.00 extra. Not happy about that.

I didn't stay there. The Expedia app took me to Emporia, virginia I was going to Emporia, Kansas. I contacted Expedia about this, but couldn't do anything about it. I feel like they should refund my money since their site lead me there.

The staff were super friendly! After walking in the room, I noticed the mini fridge had black mold in the far back middle part, as well as multiple dead lady bugs under the nightstand (as well as the bed.)

Room was great overall but bathroom had every towel hook and shower curtain rod pulled out of walls by prior guest. We reported damage to front desk immediately after checking into room but they said hotel was full and could only record that we were not responsible for damage.
