We stay here when we are travelling to Texas both on the way there and on the way back. There are 100’s of other options, but you won’t beat the customer service here. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Check in is a breeze. The rooms are so clean. The beds comfortable. Best of all there is a full store Starbucks near the parking lot that open at 5:00 am.

Th front desk person (Carly) when I checked in early was excellent. Carly remembered me and was very professional and yet personable. It is rare to find someone that helpful (I had problems with the internet and she helped). she made me feel very welcomed, like I was her personal guest. I would also like to acknowledge Ms Annette the kitchen chef and person responsible for the daily breakfast. Annette was also very friendly and professional. She would stop and visit for a minute if she had the time and was constantly cleaning the area as people finished their breakfast and moved on. I was impressed with my visit.whole - Peg

There was an issue with the temperature of the water in the bathtub. The hottest was lukewarm. Someone will need to look at their water heater.

They were understaffed at the time of arrival so check-in took forever. Also, they ran out of the free water bags with the customer before us so we got nothing- it that a couple of waters is much, but hey…better than nothing.

This is a beautiful, sparkling clean hotel that is obviously well managed and maintained. We particularly liked the uniquie layout and furnishings of our King bedroom. While it was came at a slight premium over the adjoining hotels, we thought it was more than worth it. Would definitely stay with them again on our next visit to Emporia, Kansas.

Top Notch!!!
We just completed a month long trip from Oklahoma to Maine and Canada and back. Along the way we stayed at 13 different places. This place was a breath of fresh air. The employees were all so kind and caring, the hotel is spotless, the breakfast was top notch, the room was comfortable, roomy, and quiet and everyone went above and beyond to make our stay great! We couldn’t have had a better experience! Thank you Hampton Inn Emporia!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
