requested first floor when made reservation 2weeks b4 When arrived , was told by front desk that the first floor was being remodeled(whole floor ,all rooms) therefore, my request was not honored. SAD! Hotel was kinda old , bathrooms so,so.. Wall heater , a/c was ok..... date was 12/30/2024

Beds were comfortable. we had our grand daughter with us. Was too late to use the pool but the breakfast was great. Our room was by the staircase so we did hear noise during the night, but not bad at all.

The beds and bedding were excellent The rest of the room did need a little work. The bathroom vanity was not in good shape. The elevator was run down and dirty. They were doing extensive remodeling on the first floor so that did add dust and dirt in their defense.

Despite the hotel undergoing renovations, they still had thongs pretty clean. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the location is great. You literally walk out the door to a Starbucks and just a little more to an Applebee's. There are plenty of other options for food and shopping as well. The pool could use a little cleaning and there is no hot tub, but for the price this is a great hotel and seems to be well kept.

Have been here on 5 one night stays this year. It’s a clean quiet location with restaurants nearby. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is a variety highlight too. Guess I’ll see them again next year.
