July and August: Reservations are accepted weekly from Saturday to Saturday only.

A terraced house, 80 m2, with 3 bedrooms on 2 levels, with underground garage. Recommended for up to 6 people. Free WiFi.

Ground floor: (access by ten steps): living / dining room on two levels, with table and 6 chairs, sofas, point tables, TV (French, Spanish and English channels), DVD, fireplace, air conditioning (extra ). Hot air heating. Exit to the terrace.
Open kitchen with American bar, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, and storage cupboards.

First floor: A large bedroom with a double bed (1.40m), lamps and bedside tables, cupboards and ceiling fan. Exit to a balcony with a view of the port. A bedroom with a double bed (1. 35m), lamp and bedside table, cupboard, ceiling fan. A small bedroom with bunk beds (90cm), closet. Electric heaters.

Super logement
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le logement est très propre, lits faits et serviettes de toilette à disposition, une surprise très agréable. La climatisation au rez de chaussée est très utile. A défaut d’une Clim à l’étage, il y a des ventilateurs dans chaque pièce. Il faisait très chaud mais ouvrant toutes les fenêtres de l’étage en soirée, un bon courant d’air permettait d’obtenir une température acceptable pour dormir. Les seuls reproches s’il faut en trouver : - le manque de pression pour la douche - absence d’un four (juste un micro onde) La propriétaire est très disponible et réactive aux messages qui lui sont adressés. Nous reviendrons sûrement car nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour

Nous avons pas une excelle te semaine chez Nina qui a été très reactive et tres arrangeante. La maison est tres bien située et bien équipée. Seul petit regret, la climatisation n'est disponible qu'au rez de chaussée et en cas de fortes chaleurs, l'étage avec les chambres a coucher est très très chaudchuq

Encore un merveilleux séjour
C'est la 2eme fois que nous louons ce bien et nous sommes toujours ravis! L'hôtesse est très accueillante et réactive, le logement est propre et très fonctionnel, très bien placé car au calme mais le centre et la plage sont accessibles à pieds, le garage est un véritable plus pour la voiture. La vue sur le canal et les montages rend le logement magique. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in den Haus gehabt. Ausreichende Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Unser großes passte zwar nicht in die Einfahrt, aber das war jetzt auch nicht schlimm. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Kommunikation war super und unkompliziert.

Une location parfaite et une hôtesse géniale
Nina la propriétaire est une hôtesse exemplaire ! Le logement est propre, très pratique et si agréable. Assez éloigné du centre pour n'avoir aucun trouble lié au bord de mer très vivant d Empuriabrava et assez proche pour pouvoir laisser sa voiture au garage et tout faire à pied. La terrasse au bord des canaux est si agréable, on peut créer de petits courants d air rafraichissants, les différents niveaux du logement permet de créer plusieurs petits cocons où chacun se sent bien. Le linge de lit et de toilettes sont fournis, quel gain de temps et de place! Nous retiendrons avec un immense plaisir!

Un séjour de rêve !
La maison est idéalement située avec une superbe vue terrasse sur la Marina. Tout le nécessaire est disponible à proximité ! Mer toute proche, très accessible et centre ville très animé avec beaucoup de bars et restaurants ! Linge de lit et serviettes fournis. Le tout avec une propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Jolie petite maison
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans la maison, il y a un balcon dans la chambre principale, une terrasse avec barbecue donnant sur le canal, et une petite terrasse devant l'entrée ( sympa pour prendre un café le matin). Merci à Nina pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. La maison est situé à 10 minutes en vélo de la plage. On peut aller faire quelques petites courses à pieds dans les magasins qui sont proches.
