The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the lobby, pool and workout areas were excellent. The staff is working very hard, but the hotel is badly understaffed. The breakfast is not free and the food was low-quality. One of two elevators was on the fritz the entire week, leading to frequent queues. I'm sure the C-suite execs are doing fine from the savings. Or maybe the profits are going to Falun Gong; inexplicably, the Epoch Times was on offer.

It’s ok, the pool DOES NOT LOOK AS ADVERTISED and the front desk clerks need more hospitality training. The room was ok, carpets need to be cleaned and I had to clean out the tub. The restaurant nor room service answered any of my calls, when we went in person, no one was anywhere to be found. We only stayed one night but my experience wasn’t good so maybe I will look for different hotel next time.

I stay here nearly every December because of the nostalgia. My last home in NJ was in the complex behind the hotel. And over 25 years ago I hosted a family event here (was Radisson then) and family members stayed here. This year, the property seems incredibly tired and in need of a serious refresh. Only one elevator is working and I feel like I’m taking my life in my hands when riding in the cricket-y working elevator. The door to my room does lock but feels so not secure. The bedroom furnishings are tired. The only thing feeling like it’s been updated in the past 15 years is the bathroom which, thank goodness, feels clean. Without serious renovations, I’m not sure I’d stay here again. And that makes me sad.
