Our talented interior designer created this cozy 3-bedroom beach cottage gem with new furnishings! This beach cottage is small, yet efficiently designed & adorably decorated with guest comfort in mind. Only 2-minute walk to our great ocean-side beach! Free shared use of 2 Kayaks. 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. Free WIFI. Policies: 1 parking spot, no visitor parking. No pets. No smoking. Low-key quiet respectful vacationers as this is a nice beach community.
AMENITIES:

Each of our places has a free high-speed WIFI, Beach towels, folding beach chairs, Sand toy set & all linens provided. Charcoal grills (guest to provide own charcoal). Free use of our laundry room in between Casa Pina Colada at 115 Friendship Lane & Casa Sangria at 117 friendship lane.

Free shared use of swim spa with waterfall and massage therapy jets in Courtyard pool area.

Keurig-style coffee maker & we also offer traditional coffee maker. Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a Dollar Tree nearby or grocery stores if you want additional supplies.

Our wonderful housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if there's an issue. We have a very thorough Guest Guide Binder in family room with many helpful house & area suggestions - please review at arrival to get the most out of your vacation.

Only 8-minute walk to the very popular Free Beach Yoga Classes & 4 beloved Key restaurants with live tropical music & watersports rentals nearby - parasailing, boat rentals, jet ski, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing, etc.

Super cute little cottage that was perfectly located on the key !! This key is my happy place and now my freind’s as well ! The walkability to the beach and restaurants is perfect from the cottage !! The pool is a big bonus too on the warmer days when you just don’t want to get sandy…5 stars all around!!!

Had a great time except for plumbing issues.
The toilet and shower drain were plugged entire stay. Asked for it to be fixed each of 3 days and someone came but problem was never fixed. Other then that, it was a great place and had a good time.

This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future.

Nice, but wouldn't go back.
The property was fine. The problem is the host gave access to another guest and they walked in at 10pm. After we insisted that person leave because the host didn't answer for an hour to me personally and the emergency number left in the cottage couldn't do anything to help us, there wasn't any sleep for us. It limited our entire time since we no longer felt comfortable or safe. There's concern over someone walking in and stealing your belongings or someone coming in that's intent is to cause harm. I understand accidents happen, but that's unacceptable. Honestly felt like a waste of time and money because you can't relax or enjoy the time.

This was a wonderful family getaway. Family includes 2 young adult sons and preteen daughter. We enjoyed our days on the beach and fishing in the bay in the evening. The pool was perfect for a quick dip and we were able to prepare most meals. Will return.

We had a great stay.
I would recommend this place. This cottage is adorable, clean, nicely decorated, very comfy beds and in-unit laundry. The grounds have a nice pool (with jets) and ample seating, outdoor showers, tables/chairs, and lounge chairs. It was super convenient to have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Great location and a quick walk to the beach as well as nearby restaurants and bars. The property manager was great and answered all questions. I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

We stayed for 3 nights after a vacation to Marco Island. We enjoyed how quiet Casa Sangria and the immediate area were. The kitchen was great to have and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed Stump Pass Beach State Park. Very underrated area of Florida. Highly recommend!

We loved Casa Sangria. Very well equipped and easy to live in. Everything was so clean and in in great working order! Washer/dryer in the unit made it easy to throw a quick load of laundry in! Bathroom is a little small, but completely functional for a family. Would 100% stay again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for a great location for a great price!!
