The room was ok. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom door did not latch. The TV didn't work. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member tried to figure it out. The cable box would come on but the tv didn't. He finally got the tv going but couldn't control the sound. I called the front desk and told them there probably was a second remote for the tv, which we could not find anywhere. The staff member then came to the room with a tv remote and the problem was fixed. For the price, there were not any extra amenities included. The staff was friendly

It is an older hitel, but very clean with some updates. Huge room, nice location. Air conditioner in the bedroom didnt get the room cold. Likely needed freon. That being said, overall a good experience.

The floor was swept but not mopped. There was a whole in the bath tub. There was no place to hang up any clothes. The mini coffee maker from the 1980's was terrible. The door wasn't adjusted right and it whistled all night long.

I have to say I’ve never had such a bad experience. It started out great. Front desk attendant was very nice and helpful and the room was good too. The TV wouldn’t work but it wasn’t the end of the world. The big issue was the next morning at checkout time. We were running about 10 min late after checkout and I did try to call the front desk to let them know but there isn’t a direct line and I would have to walk over there. This man that claimed to be housekeeping knocked on the door and I told him through the door that we were just a few minutes behind. He acted like he didn’t understand and had the audacity to open the door! Talk about a total invasion of privacy! I was so angry. I had to go out and tell him again that I was working on leaving. He had a very hateful look on his face. I kept the peace to get out of there. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel in my life. I will never stay there again and travel to that area frequently. Unbelievable and maddening to say the least. I would not recommend that anyone stay there unless you’re prepared for such poor treatment.
