The first floor room, which bordered the parking lot, had a partially see-through window shade, and the room was visible to the outside at night. So no privacy. If we had known, we would have requested a floor above ground. Otherwise, staff, service, cleanliness, and location were excellent.

Ashok's customer service is A++
Our stay was excellent, largely, due to ASHOK who made our stay an A++. The lower scores reflect a very stained carpet in the room and a broken drainplug in the bath. Otherwise, the breakfast and the service were superior to most.
