Terrible. My room was over 100 degrees with the heater that wouldn’t stop. It took four hours of people coming in and out to check it only to tell me it was malfunctioning and they couldn’t fix it.

Check in was supposed to be 1-3 pm. We didn’t get our room until 6 pm. It seems like a daily thing as well, every time we walked by the reception they had the same excuse with the other guests “rooms will be ready in a hour”. That was the two days we were there. Would never use this location again. Front desk Staff is rude and unprofessional.
