Staff were amazing. Very clean but some areas could use a cosmetic facelift. Hot water not working in bathroom shower or sink. They got the hot water for the shower fixed but no hot water at the sink.

I complained the first morning that there was no hot water at the sink or shower. When I got back from the day that was still the case. I told them again that afternoon. When we got back that night at least it was warm in the shower but still none in the sink. The next morning it was at best luke warm in the shower and still none in the sink. The first thing I did when I got home was take a nice hot shower.

I’d usually give it 5 stars but this time was different. There was a new employee I hadn’t seen there before and he was rude!! Also, our bathroom door had an issue and we had to tell them 3 days straight in order to get someone to come to just take a look. Not the experiences I’ve had before at all. Usually everyone is super nice, attentive and friendly, not this time though.
