Our kitchen is as functional as it is stylish. Brand-new appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster, meet every guest's needs. Quartz countertops provide ample prep space, and with 16 spices and olive oil, your meals will be anything but bland.
Enjoy a cozy meal at the small dining table by the front window, using locally handcrafted plates, bowls, and coffee cups. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, where a leather sofa beckons you to unwind in front of a large HD Smart TV—your home away from home!
Outdoor Space
The front door opens to a small, shared vestibule with our neighboring unit, "Sacajawea." You’re just a short stroll away from several local dining spots and a quick drive to the breathtaking Wallowa Lake, with endless outdoor adventures in the nearby Eagle Cap Mountains. Parking? No worries! There's plenty of on-street parking around the block, and in over a year of hosting, no guest has ever had trouble finding a convenient spot.
UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:
INTER-UNIT NOISE: Our building is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in more modern structures. You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors.
PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night for each pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEAN UP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.
CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
PARTIES: Require prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses, which most guests love and few guests find too firm.
SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed in the exterior entryway.
WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
VENTILATION: This condo doesn't have any windows that can be opened. We account for this in 3 ways, 1) a ductless AC/Heat mini split, 2) ceiling fan and 3) an air purifier.
